Rev. Billie Jean Westmoreland, member of the Northern Illinois Conference (NIC) passed away Friday, July 19, 2019. During her ministry in the NIC, she served at Chicago: Vincent; Chicago: Morgan Park; Chicago: South Deering; Chicago: West Englewood; Rockford: Centennial, Chicago: Calvary, Maywood: Neighborhood, Chicago: Greenstone, and Chicago: Gorham. She was 81 years old.
