Disaster Response Team ‘Lumberjacks’ Helped Clear Hurricane-Hit Town
More people of Valdosta, GA, can repair their homes after Northern Illinois Conference’s early response volunteers removed fallen trees in that area.
In October 2020, the Discipleship Taskforce introduced the first pair of videos for a six-month series about growing and strengthening discipleship ministries with a particular focus on youth. Their theme for December, as we close out the year, is a reminder that despite all the difficulties and stress 2020 has brought, our efforts matter. Showing up matters. Listening matters. Asking questions and offering our youth the opportunity to shape and lead the church matters. Our young people are watching, listening, and looking for someone to guide them on this journey.
Tune in to Pastor Seamus’ video on this theme, and then continue with Deacon Sharon’s resource video!
