Discipleship systems training emphasizes intentionality

Jeff Campbell, UM Associate General Secretary for Strategic Programming, will lead "SeeAllThePeople," a conference-wide event for leaders to become more intentional about making disciples in their ministry setting. The event will occur six times in six different NIC locations from September 10 through September 12.  Gather a group from your district to attend or simply register for the date and location that works best for your schedule.  Click on a date to register.

Training will cover: 

  • Investing in making & growing disciples: Bringing clarity to the ‘What’ ‘How’ and ‘Why’ of making disciples. Offering tools to bring the ‘Why’, ‘What’, and ‘How’ back to your ministry setting 
  • Creating an intentional discipleship system (or pathway) - unique to your church’s context
  • Equipping disciples to engage in relationships with the right heart and motivation for disciple-making
  • Providing  tools for seeing all the people  and engaging your community

Jeff Campbell serves as the Associate General Secretary for Strategic Programming. In this role, he oversees the program work of Discipleship Ministries, including Worship, Congregational Vitality & Intentional Discipleship, and Community Engagement & Church Planting. Jeff is an ordained elder of the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference. He received his undergraduate degree in English, Linguistics, and Speech from the University of Mary Washington and his Master of Divinity degree from Drew Theological School.
