Keagy Town and Rural Micro-Grant

This application is to be filled out by a member of the clergy on behalf of Farm Service Agency (FSA)-recognized farmers who have suffered from the severe rains and the subsequent drought during the planting season of 2019. The recipients of the ministry do not have to be affiliated with the congregation. Grants will be awarded according to funding availability up to $500. (This form must be filled out completely before submitting since there is no save and continue feature)
