    Real stewardship is radical, going to the roots of our faith. This course is intended to change our vision of ministry, working from the inside out. “Afire with God” urges ministries and congregations to become stewards-in-action in all God has entrusted to us, thinking beyond mere dollars contributed to see stewardship as becoming living examples of the gospel.

  2. Discovering Our Spiritual Gifts
    The Holy Spirit gives each Christian one or more spiritual gifts to be used for the common good. Course participants are guided to discover their own particular giftsin service to the church, community and world. Some 20 distinct spiritual gifts are explored—including discernment, compassion, and evangelism—while relating scripture references to each. This class explains how to develop and equip a

  3. Leading Worship
    This advanced course focuses on the ministry of the Lay Servant who either regularly or occasionally leads a group, class, organization, or the congregation in worship. The course is grounded in the classic patterns of Christian worship and the practices of leading worship. Participants will come to understand more about Christian worship in order to lead worship with more confidence.
