The Anti-racism Awareness and Learning Development Path allows NIC lay and clergy to self-select their learning route based on their current awareness level and where the Spirit is guiding them. We have provided suggested resources for the entry points along the learning path. If members have additional recommended resources, we encourage them to share those with us and identify at what level the resource would fit in.
