This core area focuses on four priorities of clergy life including: 1) Fostering clergy health and morale, 2) Fostering an environment that identifies and supports persons with a clear sense of call and commitment to set apart ministry 3) Fostering on-going faith formation and 4) Ensuring development and accountability of clergy.
